Serving our customers each day is the most important duty for all positions in our stores.

Assistant Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting Manager in overall day to day operations of the store, policy implementation
• Delegating employees according to store needs and day-to-day operations.
• Enforce all policies and procedures. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, properly stocked and merchandised store.
• Help Store Manager operate deli and enforce any policy and procedures.
• Set strong customer service example.
• Able to efficiently and effectively lead a team to success.
• Able to have strong communication with direct supervisor.
• Promoting a positive welcoming culture for customers 

Qualifications

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· High school diploma, GED or equivalent work.

· 1+ year of leadership experience: preferably in a customer service setting

· Strong communication to lead and motivate a team

· Strong leadership skills to work in a team setting

· Knowledge of customer service, customer satisfaction, and food service

· Food Handlers Certification: Texas Food Manager Certification preferred

· Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) Certification

Requirements

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

· Must be able to stand during entire shift

· Must be able to reach, bend, lift, stir, pour, and carry supplies

· Must be able to read receipts and orders

· Must be able to follow and enforce policies
