Assistant Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· High school diploma, GED or equivalent work.
· 1+ year of leadership experience: preferably in a customer service setting
· Strong communication to lead and motivate a team
· Strong leadership skills to work in a team setting
· Knowledge of customer service, customer satisfaction, and food service
· Food Handlers Certification: Texas Food Manager Certification preferred
· Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) Certification
Requirements
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
· Must be able to stand during entire shift
· Must be able to reach, bend, lift, stir, pour, and carry supplies
· Must be able to read receipts and orders
· Must be able to follow and enforce policies
